The patterns are digital files and will arrive instantly by email. The orders of physical products dispatch from the EU (Romania), and are shipped by courier with tracking.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing before your order is shipped. Processing will typically occur much faster, but a buffer is necessary for busy periods or for handling unforeseen incidents.

Once shipped, your order will arrive in up to 3 weeks, or within a couple of days, depending on your country.

Orders are dispatched from the EU (Romania).

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees levied by their respective countries. These charges are not included in the total order cost during checkout. Please check with your local customs office to understand the specific duties and taxes applicable to your order.

First things first, if you have any issue with your order please reach out, I'll do my best to make things right and will gladly refund if it's an error on my part.

As for policy, you can return your purchased physical items any time within 14 days of receiving them. Your refund will be processed after I receive the items back. You must arrange for the return shipping, and initial shipping costs will be subtracted from the refunded amount. Additionally, you will need to inform me via email when initiating the return.

Digital items (patterns) cannot be refunded. For physical items, you will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel the order before the items are processed/shipped. For returns, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
